Sakai, Osaka, Japan｜Sakae Sushi

This restaurant is one of my favourite place in Japan. The quality of the sushis and the drinks are the best than I ever had. I have come multiples times and I have never been disapointed. Thank you sushi Master, I look forward my next visit.

The general was very pleasant, and I enjoyed talking with sushi. Of course, the sushi is delicious, but the drinks are delicious. The plum wine was so delicious that the pulp floated in the foam. There is also whiskey, which is unusual for a sushi restaurant, and there was Yamazaki 12 years. Carbonic acid is Nosetansan, and I feel a commitment to drinks. Also, the chawanmushi was a “knob” chawanmushi with a thick soup stock and a deep taste. It's a short walk from Ishizugawa Station, so it's a shop you'll definitely want to visit again.

It seems that there are few reviews, There are many familiar customers, and since the previous generation I have been going there for over 40 years. Sakai is the best in terms of ingredients and taste.
