Osaka, Japan｜Sushi Dokoro Umido

Great fun, friendly cook We went in because it was raining, we were hungry and wanted sushi on our night before last of a 2 week trip in Japan. No English menu, but the cook (sushi chef?) was ever so kind and cheery, and helpful. By pointing to pictures on the web on his iPad we got a couple of combination sushi plates, one more standard (tuna, mackerel, white fish, salmon, etc) and one more `challenging' --at least for westerners-- (uni, noresore, raw beef liver, ...). Also got fabulous oysters and kobe beef sushi. Beer was standard, but (cold) sake was excellent. Will be back on my next trip to Osaka!

I made a reservation and made a course and left the contents of the dish to the master. The food was sushi, the sashimi platter was fresh, and the salmon tempura was delicious. The inside of the store is also quiet and has a slightly hidden atmosphere. There are many types of sake, so it is recommended for those who like sake. I recommend making a reservation when you go.

Umido-san, a Japanese seafood restaurant near Temmabashi Station ^_^ This restaurant is popular for its sushi, Japanese seafood, and fish! ! Also, the chef was friendly and the food was delicious, so I was very satisfied! ! There was also a cat, which was cute (^^) It was a shop that I would want to come back to again! !
