I visited after 1pm on a weekday. There were three people in line outside the store, but we waited for about 15 minutes before entering the store. While I was waiting, I was able to see the menu and place my order, so once I was seated I only had to wait about 10 minutes. I had the shrimp tempura topping and my partner had the tempura udon. The Hiyahiya version comes with chicken tempura and fried mochi, and as the reviews have said, the fried mochi is really delicious - the tempura tasted like kakiage stuck to the mochi. The udon noodles were very chewy and had the texture I liked.The dipping sauce was refreshing as well. My partner's tempura udon restaurant had so many different types of tempura that I was having trouble deciding which one to start with. The vegetables were also sweet and seemed very delicious. I can understand why the two of them are popular. It's a restaurant I would like to visit again, but the nearby coin parking is often full, so the only problem is the parking lot.

This is a famous udon restaurant in Nishinomiya. Business hours are irregular, so please check before going. There's always a line. Tempura and other items are fried after ordering, so I think the turnover rate is low. There is only a counter inside the store. I think it would be difficult to bring small children. You can enjoy Sanuki udon with a firm texture. Tempura is also delicious. There is a coin parking lot nearby, so please use it.
