I ordered kelp kasu udon. It was so delicious. Actually, I grew up in a different area than Osaka, so I had never eaten kasu udon. The first time I ate kasu udon at Shitennoji, I thought, ``Wow, people in Osaka really appreciate something like this.'' Since then, I have avoided going to Kasu Udon restaurants. Since I came to Takarazuka and had eaten too much ramen, I wanted to try something else, so I decided to try this one, which had good reviews. All three are in order. As the reputation suggests, it has a strong flavor. It's sweet, but just the right amount of sweetness. It has a lot of flavor from the kelp. The udon noodles are chewy and the best. If you use firm udon like Sanuki, it will be difficult for the flavor to soak in, so this is the correct answer. The kelp tempura kasu feels like it was purposely fried just for the sake of the udon, so much so that it seems rude to call it ``kasu.'' It's chewy, the batter is crispy, and when you bite into it, the delicious-smelling oil oozes out. It has a chewy and flexible feel to it. I would like to use this place again.

I missed asking. Oden is often soaked in soup stock and is delicious. The taste of the soup stock is also good! What is Saiboshi? ? It is smoked horsemeat sashimi. Ah, horse meat. This is also delicious. And finally... Meet Kasu Udon! Gachinko udon, I have a large serving of dregs. The picture does not convey the deliciousness of this udon. However, it is sweet, slightly crunchy and juicy around the edges, and has a chewy texture.

I always use this store or the Itami store 😊 It's great that it's open until late at night, and the udon soup is also very delicious 😌 This store also has a parking lot, so it's easy to use. I tried various menus, but personally, I like Kasu Udon the best! I will be using it again soon!
