Of course, I am a big fan of the Mazesoba pictured above. You will want to take it regularly with mixed soba noodles that you will cling to without thinking about anything. Also, the atmosphere is like a Chinese soba restaurant, and I really like it.

Visited for lunch. ⁡ Located right next to Maemiya Station on the Wakayama Electric Railway. There is a private parking lot next to the store, so it is safe to drive. ⁡ The interior of the counter + tatami room has a no-frills atmosphere. The menu is simple with different sizes of ramen, rice and extra meat. ⁡ I was feeling full on this day, so I ordered "rice" for "more meat" of "Chinese soba (double)". ⁡ Arrived in about 3 minutes after ordering. I wonder if it's a feature of Wakayama ramen, it's pretty fast from ordering to serving. ⁡ A bite for now. The sweetness of return to the rich soup. Medium thick straight noodles with good crispness are excellent and quite delicious. ⁡ The tonkotsu soup is so concentrated that the bone powder sinks into it, but there is no unpleasant odor and you can feel the strong umami. The strong saltiness that is common in Wakayama ramen is naturally salty, but the sweetness of the return is characteristic, so it is just the right seasoning. Serve with rice, leave as is. A very satisfying cup. was delicious. ⁡ As I learned later, it seems to be run by the owner who used to work at the famous Wakayama ramen shop "Urashima". I have visited several Wakayama ramen shops, including the original one, and this is one of my favorites.
