This is a talented restaurant that was selected as a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2019. The only image I had of conger eel dishes was boiled conger eel, but I was surprised when I came to this restaurant (゚∀゚) You can have kabayaki, anamaki, fried chicken, tempura, smoked food, and even sashimi (*´ω`*) All of them have a strong taste, good fat, and are delicious ♫ Among them, you can enjoy conger eel with four different types of sashimi: parboiling, kombujime, thread making, and grilled frosting! Each one had its own flavor, and it was a masterpiece where you could enjoy the goodness and depth of conger eel! I thoroughly enjoyed the conger eel specialty store! It was delicious ♫ It was a feast!
I went there for the first time and it was really delicious! ! Conger eel is so delicious! The store has a great atmosphere and the staff are kind and polite. Next time I would like to visit with my whole family.
