They offer various types of Southeast and South Asian cuisine. Since the chef studied how to cook in various countries, their food is fantastic. Some recipes are arranged with Japanese ingredients and tastes but mostly very authentic.
Menu ordered: Dal Bart Special 2 types 1700 yen A few minutes walk from Kujo Station. There was a store in the middle of Matsushima Shinchi, away from the shopping street. We ordered two types of Nepalese dal and curry: chicken and buffalo. It came out in a few minutes. Basmati rice in the center, dal, chicken, buffalo, and 9 side dishes from the left. First of all, just dal and curry. The chicken contains bone-in chicken, and has a mild flavor and spiciness. Water buffalo contains chunky meat, has a sharp spiciness, and is rich and delicious! Dal has a mild and gentle taste. We poured dal over the basmati rice in the center and mixed it with side dishes and curry. The taste changes depending on what you mix it with, the curry, and the side dishes, and the stimulation and umami of the spices create a complex flavor that is irresistible. I enjoyed authentic Nepalese cuisine! I was curious because they also have Thai food. Thank you for the meal.
