This is a very delicious soup stock. It's really delicious, not too sweet and not too strong. Even if I go to other udon restaurants and try it, I still feel that Kazuhisa's is more delicious. I can only go there in the afternoon, but even if it's crowded and it takes a while to boil, I still want to eat the udon. It is also kind of you to let us know in advance if it will take time to boil. The bowl was also delicious. I will go again.

The noodles were soft but chewy. It's better than hard Sanuki udon. The soup stock was refreshing, went well with the noodles, and was very delicious.
