A butcher shop that sells Okinawan ingredients. Grilled pork offal is a specialty of this restaurant, and it has been exposed to the media many times. In addition to selling various meats, mainly hormones, Okinawan ingredients such as spam, chinsuko, and goat soup are also available. There is also an assortment of rare Okinawa-specific products such as goat meat and soki. There are several stores in Amagasaki city, one of which sells grilled offal at the eaves. The flavor is slightly darker than other stores, making it the perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages. Of course you can take it out, but you can also eat it right away, so it is recommended as a snack when you are hungry.

As someone who loves downtown, I've known about its existence for years even though I live in Tochigi Prefecture. I got a feel for Amagasaki by going to Ushio Elementary School and the back alleys of the area, focusing on these mountain foods. Amagasaki was a more prosperous city than I had imagined from listening to it in the broadcasting room or on TV, but there are some scenes that can sometimes be seen from the street, such as back alleys and bathhouses, that make me say, "Wow!" The taste of the hormones here at Yamazato Foods is insanely delicious! I'm not saying that, but it has no odor and is just the right amount of softness, so it's delicious enough that I'd go there even if it wasn't downtown or a restaurant run by Mitsusei Takasu's classmate. Anyway, I'm glad I came here, and I hope this store stays open when I come to this city again.

Grilled offal 100g 220 yen If you go nearby for this, buy it and take it home. Best with beer, horumon yaki udon, or topped with instant noodles. Especially recommended for miso ramen!
