My wife and I were talking about wanting to eat mapo tofu, and we researched and found this restaurant! We only serve lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays! I ordered the Sichuan mapo rice & fried chicken set again this time, and I fell in love with the photo at first sight of the individual items.I ordered the tandan noodles (both with 2 spiciness).My wife had the big bear cat set meal (fried chicken, mapo tofu, tandan noodles, I ordered a la carte dish, almond tofu, and iced tea! Sichuan mapo rice is insanely delicious! ! To be honest, I was surprised because I had never eaten such authentic mapo tofu! I can't get enough of the flavor and spiciness! It goes really well with rice, I'm glad I chose mapo rice this time, it's the best! The tandan noodles were thick and had plenty of minced meat, so it was full of flavor, and it was a big hit! I'm just hungry so I add some dandan noodles, but both are hearty so I think I'm satisfied with the set! You can choose the level of spiciness from 1 to 5 for both! 2 spicy was enough for me personally! I was sweating quite a bit lol, but eating it while sweating is also delicious! The fried chicken is also traditional, juicy and delicious, and I also appreciate the vegetable salad that comes with it! It's nice to have some fried chicken to soothe your mouth after the spiciness of mapo tofu and tandan noodles! It's spicy because it's tantan noodles, but the deep soup was impressive, and the spiciness was about the flavor. In other words, everything is delicious. When I ate Chinese food here, I felt that common Chinese food was Japanese food disguised as Chinese food. It's also delicious.
