Very tasty and very authentic. The owner is Japanese, but the dishes are completely authentic Cantonese taste. The price is reasonable, the store is clean and the atmosphere is elegant. A store I like very much.

The hidden famous store is exactly here. The ramen noodles alone are top class. Rokko is lucky to have a restaurant with such a delicious menu. Anyway, please eat three kinds of seafood and seasonal vegetable stir-fry, black bean steamed spare ribs, mapo tofu and white rice, Fujian-style fried rice with bean paste, dandan noodles or hot and sour soup. It's authentic Cantonese cuisine, but it's hard to find a restaurant that delicately cooks down to the tip with seasonings that Japanese people like. Although it is Chinese, it has a calm taste and depth, stability, speed, and cheapness of a long-established store in Kyoto. I think that the ingredients themselves are probably the ingredients that can be obtained at the market, etc., but the way of cutting, the hidden knife, the blanching, the heat, the time, and the seasoning are sprinkled with thoughtful ingenuity. I'm not good at authentic Chinese food with a lot of octagon, but I really like Taku's mellow use of octagon. No matter what time you go, it's delicious and gives you a fresh impression. The menu is overwritten for each season. I've been going to this restaurant once a month for 5 years now, and the personality of the owner and his wife gives me a sense of the depth of flavor.
