The best mapo tofu

I have used it many times before, but it is a specialty store of Sichuan mapo tofu. I wonder if the set went up a little and was 1,150 yen. You can choose the spiciness from Normal, Very Spicy, or Sichuan Very Spicy. Any number of bowls of rice is fine. I can eat many cups because it is spicy. A Chinese couple from Sichuan province seems to have trained at a shop in Tokyo that follows the flow of Kenichi Chen, and there is a photo on display. There are other menus such as homemade almond tofu, spring rolls, bamboo shoots, and fried chicken. Only 2-3 cars can be parked.

I had a mapo tofu lunch. Sichuan mapo tofu...it's spicy! However, the aroma of spices and rich taste are irresistible. Rice and mapo tofu go perfectly together. It was amazing that even though I was a small eater, I ate it in one go. It's strange that the taste is so good that it increases your appetite. After having lunch, I ate the special almond tofu, which was also divinely delicious. Definitely more delicious than high-end Chinese mapo tofu. That's no wonder, because the owner used to be the head chef at the restaurant run by Kenichi Chen, the famous Iron Chef chef. The shop is run by the owner and his wife. Both of them have smiles and are kind, so it's no wonder they have so many regular customers. This is definitely a hidden gem.
