The Akane Teishoku (1,050 yen) is the most popular set of fillet cutlet and fried shrimp. A large serving of rice is also free. In conclusion, it is very light and delicious! It's not greasy and has a crispy texture, but you can still feel the umami of the meat. My partner, who doesn't like oily food, also enjoyed it very much. The cutlet can be eaten with sauce, but it is better to eat it with Okinawan grainy salt (top right of photo). This is addictive deliciousness. The fried shrimp, which I thought was a bonus, was also plump and had a response, and the tartar sauce had a mellow taste that wasn't overly overstated. Also, I wasn't expecting much from the miso soup that came with it, but the pork soup was delicious, and the first cabbage I ate was shredded and fresh. I visited on a Sunday just before closing, but it was a relaxing time, and the husband and wife who seemed to be regular customers were very friendly. This is definitely a revisit! I thought, and left the shop.

The batter was crispy, and the fillet cutlet was not greasy and light and easy to eat. The pork soup was also delicious with a strong pork flavor!
