We had just returned from Minoo. Jūsō station is a good place for starting a day trip to that area because it allows you to avoid the dense crowd close to Dotonbori. We searched Google Maps for a “vegetarian restaurant near me” and found this restaurant. The food was VERY good. I had a meaty lunch special, my wife ordered a customized vegetarian lunch - the proprietor said, “Don’t worry about the menu. We can turn any of the lunch specials into the vegetarian lunch of your dreams.” I paraphrase. Such humor and good food made the visit special. We hope to eat there again on this trip. Yes, English is spoken here. Menu is printed in multiple languages. We highly recommend it.

Probably the best curry I've had in a long time. Lovely little restaurant! Very friendly people, food was delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Especially the dinner and lunch set are amazingly priced. Definitely will be going back!

Incredible experience! We were treated like royalty, with full attention given to every detail. The food was exquisite, with the right level of spicy. I can’t recommend enough. Add the fantastic soundtrack and you’re guaranteed to have an incredible time. Warmly recommend it.
