There are many simple plates that make the most of the goodness of the ingredients, but the heat is just exquisite. The charcoal-grilled fish has a crispy, fragrant skin, but the inside is medium-rare. I want to keep eating the same thing over and over again. But don't forget to leave enough space for the last meal, because it's fun again. You can choose as many "side dishes" as you like, but raw mullet roe is a must. I faint in agony. It's amazing that they didn't miss anything until the last sweets.
