it's one of my favourite stores! ! ! I've been there four times so far, and I'm always impressed by the delicious vegetables I eat. The wine that the wife pairs is also great. Reservations are difficult to get, but if you live in Wakayama, this is a restaurant you should definitely visit.

"It's delicious." We serve “cooking” by drawing out the natural ingredients with our sense and cooking techniques. Each of the ingredients that make up the dish has a different taste and is prepared to be lively, but when eaten together, the taste changes completely in the mouth. Each of them argued about the taste, and each time I chewed, I could feel a different expression, and the texture was also fun. Each portion may feel like a lot, but after finishing the whole course, you will feel full and satisfied. It's strange because by the time I get home, I'm starting to get hungry. Even the dessert is made up of vegetables, but I was more impressed than any dessert I've ever eaten. I'll come back later!

This is my favorite restaurant, and since May of this year, it has become completely reservation-only, accommodating 2 to 10 people per day. So, I haven't seen him for almost a year, but on this day, there was an event where Kuromitsu Farm and the chef's favorite pastry chef, Mr. Nishio, were coming from Okinawa, so I decided to attend by myself. First of all, I love the atmosphere of the store. I think the atmosphere is important when it comes to serving food, and I don't like the overtly luxurious feel of a French Grand Maison restaurant. I want to relax and enjoy my meals. Mr. Kobayashi's cuisine has its own individuality, so it doesn't fit into the Italian framework. The keyword for this day was sesame oil for citrus fruits. The dessert was like a pastry chef from Okinawa brought Okinawa to Wakayama. Everyone had a great love for ingredients and listened intently as I explained the story. It was a little different from the usual restaurant, but it was a wonderful lunch that enriched my life.
