My daughter and I went to the Nagasaki champon shop where my father has been going for more than ten years. I ordered a special Nagasaki Champon and my daughter asked for Sara Udon. Champon was a rich but easy-to-drink soup, and the noodles were thick and voluminous, and it was delicious. My daughter ate the sara udon so much that I couldn't taste it, so next time I'd like to try the sara udon as well.

It always tastes the best. I'm from Nagasaki, so when I really want to eat something, I turn to this place. Actually, I want to eat the thick noodles of Sara-udon, but if I can't go home, I think this is the closest one. Nagasaki's fried rice is a different kind of fried rice that uses champon and kamaboko (sara udon noodles). That's why I miss this fried rice. Thank you for the meal. I have been there many times to eat. Warm with lots of seafood and vegetables. If you want to put a raw egg in the middle, You will be asked if you want to enter or not. I'm kind because there are people who don't like me. It's crowded at lunch time, but there are many people who pay immediately after eating and leave, so the turnover is good. The staff at the store have good guidance, so you can eat even if you wait a little. There are also spicy and curry champon, and the plate champon seems to be quite popular. I haven't eaten there, so no rating.
