Randomly found this place. A small coffee shop with nice ambiance and I particularly like the view from this window. Ordered a cup of hot latte and it fits me well, not too milky and at the same time not that bitter. The shopkeeper is nice and friendly too. It seems like wine is serve at night too.

I go here whenever I am in Kobe. Everything about the place is quality, and the staff are very friendly. I get the double shot flatwhite and it is delicious.
