I don't understand the negative reviews. I've only been to Osaka once before and this is one of my favorite bars in the world. Had another great time tonight. Get a snowball! They are the best. The thing is, you can have service right or right now. Great hospitality takes time and he delivers a perfect experience every time.

I don’t understand the reviews here in Japan, if it’s service related, I’m confused, because me and my best mate only experienced greatness here. Stunning bar overlooking the wet street. Frank Sinatra over the speaker. We were given fresh strawberries, mini-oranges, pistachios and chocolates to accompany our drinks. The whiskey selection were international standard. Do recommend. Highly. Takehiro Ogino is a gentleman.
