I think you can't go wrong if you come here looking for delicious Sanuki udon. It's crowded around 12:00 on weekdays. I had a chicken mitsuba lunch for lunch. The udon noodles are warm but chewy, and the soup is like a salt-based chicken soup. It's not the most delicious modern udon (I'm exaggerating), but the mature flavor of the soup stock is delicious. It's delicious with or without shichimi, the mitsuba leaves have a nice aroma, and the cooked rice on the side has a really nice, simple flavor. Is the tea rooibos, not barley tea? I guess it's boiled each time, so it might take a while to serve it. I also had a positive impression of customer service. (As an aside, I think it's quite difficult to serve udon noodles that are warm but have a chewy texture that's almost al dente. I wonder if this al dente taste is different for different tastes?) I usually have lunch somewhere outside, but sometimes I have lunch at San Plaza near my office. I ordered the "Raw Sakura Shrimp and Awaji Onion Kakiage Grated Soy Sauce Udon" which is available for a limited time only. It was as delicious as I expected, but when I looked around, I realized that almost everyone around this old man was an office lady, which made me nervous (lol).

This was my first visit in a few years since I lived in Tokyo. The atmosphere has remained the same since my student days, making it easy to visit. Did the menu change and the prices go up a little? I went there expecting to get a set that included curry-flavored fried chicken and salad, but I was shocked to find that it was gone. However, there is a large free lunch service. The udon noodles are still chewy and delicious! ! Above all, the part-time lady is doing well😝 It was like watching a new comedy, it was fun and energizing! ! I brought my small child with me, and they greeted me a lot and were very considerate. When my husband goes on a business trip to Kobe, he even says he wants to have lunch here to cheer up his aunt. I would definitely like to visit again.
