The homemade mussel DIY session is the most interesting and recommended thing to do. You can experience the fish man harvesting the fresh mussels, cleaning process, and learn the cycle of life of the ocean creature. Plus it has a mulit function space on the 2nd floor showcasing the history of Matsu island and a local artist exhibition sometimes.
