Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Kobachi

Imagine going to a restaurant that only seats twelve people. You speak no Japanese, and everyone else has limited English. But all twelve try to make you feel at home. Add to that a husband and wife team running the restaurant that are so sweet. Suddenly, the quality of the food is not that important because you feel so at home. But I digress. We told the owners to choose everything we were going to eat. Nothing was off limits. Only one word can describe the food: incredible. Being a guy, I was too busy eating and took no food photos. But trust me, everything was amazing. From seasoned soft tofu to fried tofu, Daikon, saba, and sashimi to everything else I forgot while drinking sake and green the entire time, the food experience was amazing. I can keep typing forever, but I think I already conveyed the message... go here for a terrific experience!

Everything in this place is perfect.

This is a very interesting izakaya! Everyone is so nice and the food is delicious! If I come to Kobe again, I will definitely return to this izakaya.
