I went to Hikoma Buta Shokudo for lunch, which is always crowded. First of all, the atmosphere and customer service from the staff is very nice! The polite and friendly atmosphere makes you feel at ease. The food is a cut-to-order set meal where you select the parts you want to order. It's fun to be able to choose the parts, whether you want a hearty meal or just a small portion. Also, it makes sense to be able to change the meat quality and fat content by selecting different parts depending on your taste preferences and mood at the time. The taste is also very delicious! I ordered 3 parts, but the pork was probably the best, and they were all delicious without any flaws. By the way, there are various other menu items such as curry and ginger grilled dishes, so if you are thinking that the cut gozen is all you need, don't worry! I ordered dessert after my meal, and it was served at just the right time, even without asking. Well, the system that keeps an eye on every corner is amazing! When it's crowded, you can wait in your car in the parking lot, so you don't have to go through the pain of waiting in an empty waiting room.
