Personally, I prefer thinner beef tongue than thickly sliced ​​beef tongue, so Tanmoto's beef tongue was just the right thickness and had a good chewy texture. Initially, I ordered the lunch set, but since I had a bit more room, I ordered the above items separately. The lunch set is a good deal, but you might enjoy it more if you order it individually. Later, when I came to the restaurant in the evening and ordered some of my favorite menu items such as short ribs and celery, I found that the meat was of better quality than the lunch set and was very delicious.
