This shop was started independently by a former employee of an okonomiyaki sauce maker who was born in Hiroshima City. Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki reached a certain level and was delicious normally. With the concept of "no okonomiyaki", the teppanyaki menu is also abundant. I think that the fact that we are particular about using ingredients produced in Hokkaido and trying to blend in with Hokkaido will also give us a favorable impression. However, if you are from Hiroshima City like me (very close to the owner) and expect to eat okonomiyaki in Hiroshima, it may be subtle. I'm looking forward to Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki made in Hokkaido in the future.

I went at night. The okonomiyaki was so fluffy that it reminded me of the one I had in Osaka. I also received some ketchup which was distributed free of charge. I'll come again since my house is nearby! !
