I have used it several times in the past, but I haven't had a chance to go since the corona crisis, so I went there for the first time in a while today. This long-established coffee shop uses charcoal-roasted coffee, so it has a strong aroma and a taste that makes you want to drink slowly. You can choose from two types of quiche, and today I chose vegetable and pork quiche. I like that it comes with a small salad. The pie crust quiche is filled with fluffy potatoes and goes well with soft pork and cheese. I love quiche and often go to various shops to eat it, but this one is quite large and has a simple taste, but I'm addicted to it. There are plenty of light meals, so it is crowded with office workers and madams during lunch. The coffee is really delicious and makes me want to drink it all the time.

The shop was founded in Miyanomori in 1980. The store name "Rubia" comes from the scientific name of the coffee tree. The current master seems to have learned coffee technology under the founder. We moved to our current location in 2012. The coffee beans are carefully roasted in a charcoal roaster using Binchotan charcoal, giving it a nice charcoal aroma. It is very tasty! ★★★. You can choose from 4 types of blended coffee (500 yen). I am grateful that the business hours are long from 9:00 to 21:00 and that it is open every day. There are 8 parking lots. I want to go to drink delicious coffee again.
