Quality onsen, beautiful view, good food. Really relaxing. Easy access both from Sapporo and Shin Chitose airport. 10 minutes walk from the nearest Kami-Nopporo station. Be careful ONLY local trains stop here. If you are a railroad fan this onsen is one of the perfect as you can see Chitose line track from the outdoor bath. The line is the busiest of all in the island so you can spot express trains, rapid service trains, local trains, and freight trains of many car types.

While their payment method could use an upgrade (you absolutely need to take cash - you buy paper tickets at a vending machine for entry), the food is nice and the view from the outdoor bath is spectacular. Go on a slightly chilly day to let yourself soak in the tub a while and ruminate.
