Ebetsu, Hokkaido, Japan｜笑山門 (しょうざんもん)

Used for my brother-in-law's birthday celebration. The smokeless roaster is powerful, there is little odor after eating, and the meat is delicious. Seafood and side menus are also available. The store is spacious and quiet. It is a good shop. The price is not reasonable, but I think it's on par.

I ordered Fuku and Laughter. Since I had baked the Laughing Offal, I topped it with Fuku's beef tongue and took a photo. Definitely both!

I go there to eat once a month. Personally, I always order Tsubozuke Sagari and eat it, so I have a high repeat rate. I often take out kimchi, zenmai namul, and chilled tomatoes.
