This place is a great little stop if you need a lunch break waiting on the DMV. The soba was fresh and handmade. I’ve never had soba this good before. The noodles were thick, chewy and al dente and the tare was very flavorful. I’d come back every time I need to go the the DMV. Been here twice already.

I visited for the first time. The parking lot is large and easy to park, and there is a ramp for wheelchairs at the store entrance. The store is large, and the counter seats are relatively wide. The most important thing is the food, but first of all, the menu is abundant. We also have tempura katsudon, fried shrimp set meals, and fried chicken set meals, so even if you are a group of several people and want to eat different things, we can handle it! I had the lunch menu set of tempura rice bowl + mini wild vegetable soba, but the tempura was crispy and hot and very delicious! My friend who went with me also praised that it was more delicious than the tempura specialty store! The soba noodles are thick handmade soba noodles that are chewy and chewy. Without fear of misunderstanding, it has a texture similar to udon. It was very delicious with a strong flavor of buckwheat flour. The soba soup was a type with a strong sweetness, but there are several types of ichimi and shichimi, so please adjust to your liking. Again, the menu is abundant and there are still many other things I want to try, so I will take the opportunity to visit again. I recommend it✨

Customer after customer. There are chair seats and a small raised area, and since Chibi is there, I chose a small raised area. Handmade soba noodles are chewy and delicious😋 Ordered shrimp tempura soba and other half-sized tempura bowls. The soba soup is delicious, the tempura is crispy, and the sweet and salty sauce on the tempura bowl is delicious😋 There is a large parking lot in front of the store, and there are stairs and a slope that are user-friendly. It is also a partnership with Consadole, and Consadole tea bags are also sold in the store. (Forgot to take a photo)😅 The staff were also nice❗️
