Very friendly staff. They gave us suggestion on where to go in Otaro. Soba is superb!

It was a line of about 4 people at lunch time on weekdays, but I put it in just over 10 minutes. The feeling of eating stiff noodles is irresistible. The backfat dipping soup is also completely drunk by mixing it with sobayu.

I came to the store for the first time because I was quite worried about it. The inside of the store was only a counter and I entered a little before 13:00, but it was almost full. I ordered cold pork. It tastes like B-grade gourmet, but this was really delicious! The portion was just right. The noodles are normal soba noodles, but they are topped with a large serving of shredded seaweed and seasoned pork. You can add a raw egg for free, so you can change the taste on the way, so I asked for it and it was the correct answer. I also put the crew, tenkasu and soba water on the table. As long as I like tenkasu, I'm happy. The clerk's response is also very polite, so could you fill up the seats for customers who come in later? When I sat down without any resistance, he thanked me very politely, thanked me again after the meal, and thanked me again just before leaving. The taste was delicious and I was warmed by the polite customer service (lol) By the way, the water is self-serve, but the water at the seat is colder than the water dispenser near the entrance (laughs)
