I ordered "Duck Seiro" and "Pork Seiro" which were on the menu spread. The soba noodles were made by hand, so the noodles were uneven and thick. I used astragalus astragalus because it is less tangled with the tsuyu than regular soba. Since the soba noodles are thick, you have to chew them thoroughly, and the chewy texture and sweetness that I felt at the end may have something to do with the saltiness of the tsuyu. It also went well with fat. When I ordered asparagus tempura, which was on a separate menu, it seemed like it was the last one, and I was glad I ordered it because the freshly fried asparagus had the flavor and sweetness of the asparagus and had a nice texture. There were also rice bowl set meals. There was a drink bar and a refill service for rice and miso soup, so it was a set meal restaurant that you could use when you wanted to eat other than soba noodles.

This is a chain store of the famous "Handmade Soba Sakura". The food in general is delicious, including the soba noodles. Of course, it is delicious enough to satisfy even soba lovers. The weekday lunch menu is a good value. However, it gets very crowded at lunchtime, so we recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare. That said, it's located on the site of a commercial facility, so you can easily kill time by looking around. If you like rabbit and soba, we recommend that you visit once!

The miso soup and rice for the set meal are free to refill♪. There is also furikake, which is great for big eaters. Many of the shop assistants are women, but they are energetic. There are counter seats and table seats. Even if you don't have to stand for a cold drink, it's convenient because the glass and water are placed in front of your seat.
