Chuka Kitchen Shinoa is a Chinese restaurant located in Higashi Ward, Sapporo City. We have monthly recommended noodles and five-dish courses, as well as a lunch "recommended set" menu that changes weekly. I ordered the popular Gomoku Ankake Yakisoba, made by a master who has been devoted to Chinese cuisine for over 45 years. This is 5 or more fried noodles with 15 kinds of ingredients such as vegetables that you need for the day. This is ankake yakisoba that is packed with toppings, and the noodles are perfectly grilled and delicious. Most Chinese restaurants cook the noodles first and the ang later. However, the noodles that have cooled over time will not absorb the flavor. At Chuka Kitchen Shinoa, raw noodles are boiled at a high temperature for yakisoba and soaked in cold water. By making the noodles and the red bean paste in separate frying pans at the same time, the crispy noodles absorb the red bean paste and become entwined with the noodles, creating a delicious dish. I am very grateful that the price is reasonable.

It was the most delicious yakisoba with ankake sauce I've had recently. Nicely browned noodles with thin noodles. The bean paste also has a strong flavor and is a hit. This is a store I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.
