Visited on 2023/05/22 Lunch: Hot pot meat set meal This is a town Chinese restaurant that has become rare these days. Because of the location, which is surrounded by high schools, universities, and vocational schools, people who attended the restaurant during their student days continue to come here as adults. This is a store that has been around for decades. I also went there 30 years ago three times a week. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars, but given the way ratings are given these days, it would probably be lower. It's been a while since I went there, but the old man seemed to be doing well. The double-pot meat may have become a little salty, but the taste is still delicious. Lately, when I pass by, there's always a line, which is strange to me as someone who's known me for a long time lol.

2023.6.9 Fri. Entered the store around 3:00 p.m. Ordered chashu noodles and small rice I've eaten various types of ramen in Sapporo several times, but I didn't think any of them were delicious, but the ramen noodles here were delicious! However, the char siu was not that good, so I thought it would have been better to have a large serving of soy sauce ramen. The owner seemed intimidating when I first ordered 😁

A restaurant famous for its hot pot meat. Since it was lunchtime on a Saturday, I entered after waiting in line for a while. I ordered hotpot meat and my wife ordered the Hokka set meal. Both were piping hot and delicious. There are only 14 seats, 6 at the counter and 2 x 4 at tables, so there's often a line, but it's a restaurant you'll want to come back to.
