This shop is run by the owner who trained at the same name shop "Horai" in Kita 24-jo. The menu is almost the same, but it has its own menu and is less salty than the Kita 24-jo store, and the A set meal's leek and pork egg stir-fry is slightly sweeter than the original. Kita 24-jo is bustling with working people, but this place is located in a residential area, and not only people with a strong sense of humor, but also Tokai University students and families living nearby. I wonder if it's seasoned like that? I'm just thinking. I have also eaten the Norengen of Kita 24, but I felt that it was a little too salty for children (sweat). It's been 20 years since I was in kindergarten. When I was in elementary school, I used to pass by this store on my way home. In the old days, there was a low stone pavement, and when I was sitting there and taking a break, the owner would give me water, saying, "It's hot? Come on, drink!" At first glance, the owner looks a little tough and unfriendly, but he is very kind and has a human touch. Even after leaving Minami Ward, I still stop by Horai when I have business in Minami Ward. In my family, going to Minami Ward is an opportunity to go to Horai. Every time, I'm annoyed by A or B, fried rice or Cantonese noodles. In winter, the Cantonese noodles topped with plenty of hot bean paste soak into your body.

It's an old-fashioned diner. The flavor of the ramen is not disguised by modern toppings, but has a richness that makes you feel nostalgic, but it is light. Even though it's a set meal, the quantity isn't as much as it used to be, but it's not bad at all. The owner is familiar and easy to talk to. He's a frank person, so people who are particular about customer service may find it annoying. I'm hooked.
