The new soba noodles were a little thicker and chewy, the soba soup wasn't too sweet, and the chewy burdock tempura was freshly fried, making it delicious to the last bite. Next time I will come to eat warm soba noodles.

I love tempura soba and have eaten it many times in Hokkaido, but there is no restaurant that beats this one. This is a soba restaurant with the most delicious soba noodles, soup, tempura, and service.

I stopped by on the way home from visiting the grave of Takino Cemetery. Unusually for a soba restaurant, the shop is run by only women. Kashiwa soba was delicious (^-^)
