Arrived a little before 12:00 on Saturday; the tables were already full. Half-boiled cutlet and egg are entwined on a hot iron plate, and the dashi stock has a strong flavor, but it won't make you thirsty. It's a taste that I've been used to eating since I was a child and it's really delicious. The soba noodles have a strong soup stock and are dark, but they do not make you thirsty. It was delicious without the soba entwined with the soup and extending to the end (the soba did not absorb too much juice). The parking lot is located on the left side of the store.

The cutlet bowl set here is very filling and very delicious. As expected of a soba restaurant, the taste of soba was also very delicious. Just because it is a popular store, there is often a line. I really thought that Japanese people love soba. It is a shop worth going to.

The restaurant is famous for its katsudon, which originally originated in Muroran and is served on a cutlet plate, but the soba noodles are also quite delicious. I had the meat burdock tempura soba, and the soba soup with the strong flavor of the dried shiitake mushroom soup was exquisite.
