I had a level three meal and I thought that was sufficiently spicy. I had a taste of the highest level and I must say, it was almost as spicy as my Grandma's food. I think that's a compliment considering she would snack on whole chilli peppers. Either way, the highest level was much too spicy for me!

The soup curry tasted great! It was very refreshing, and you can drink the soup till the very last drop. The soup curry also tastes very different from the other soup curry outlets like Garaku and Suage. Staff were very friendly too, and the shop was designed in a really unique way, kinda like a Tarot Reading House. They provide English menus for travellers too. Just a caveat, the menu was legitimately confusing. HAHAHA.

This place is the reason I fell in love with Indonesian curry. I had chicken curry which had vegetables in it as well. It was delicious, undoubtedly. Although, I only tried Nirvana spice level with the fear of being it too spicy but it actually tasted a little sweet so I’m sure a level up wouldn’t hurt. The collection of books and other accessories from Indian continent was amazing as well
