Simple is, in fact, the best. This was highly recommended by the locals. The shoyu broth is authentic and rich, complemented by fresh made noodles cooked to perfection. It is topped with thick charsiu, pickled bamboo shoots, green onions and roasted garlic. The restaurant takes you back in time with black and white posters and photos from the Showa period. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area.

Order Kobato Ramen very delicious Even though it is light, the flavor of soy sauce and the richness of the soup make it addictive. The noodles, eggs, and char siu are delicious, and the soup-soaked wheat gluten is delicious. However, it can't be helped because it's a popular restaurant, but it's crowded. I happened to be seated right away, but probably because there were many other customers who were seated at the same time, my ramen finally arrived 30 minutes after ordering. The store was constantly exposed to cold wind, whether it was due to ventilation or drafts, and the roof was slightly raised, so my feet were getting cold and my family was complaining of pain.
