- Okinawa Soba Bashoan - Visited 2023/10/17 This is an Okinawan restaurant that serves Okinawan soba, Okinawan cuisine, awamori, and Orion beer. Most of the ingredients seem to be flown in from Okinawa. Okinawa soba uses round noodles called "Yaeyama soba." The owner is from Ishigaki Island, Okinawa, so he serves really delicious Okinawan cuisine. The soba, chanpuru, and set meals are all exquisite. The parking lot can accommodate about 8 cars in front of the store. There are 4 counter seats, 2 tables for 4 people, and 1 table for 2 people. It gets very crowded at lunchtime. Additionally, it is not uncommon for ingredients to be sold out, and in that case, the store will close early.

I got the W Soki Soba. The meat was melty and the soup was delicious and I drank it all up! ️ When I looked at the photo, it looked like it had a lot of volume, so I ordered a regular portion, but even with a large portion, you can easily finish it all❗ What should I eat next? Also, when I added island chili peppers, it felt good again.

I've always wanted to try Okinawa's soki soba! ! My first experience here at Bashoan Okinawa Soba restaurant (*^^*) In front of the entrance, Okinawa's guardian deity Shisa will welcome you. When you enter the store, it's a small and cozy store, but... It has a nice Okinawan atmosphere with lots of Awamori bottles lined up. The menu is full of Okinawan cuisine! In addition to Soki Soba, we also have Rafti and Champuru! ! As for the beer, there was Asahi, Sapporo, and of course Orion. I was also interested in Shikuwasa and guava juice. I received the double soki soba! Chewy noodles in hot clear soup! Soft Soki is placed on two large types of Guinea. Soki soba that I wanted to eat and only saw on TV is right in front of me! ! 🤤 The soup is light and full of umami... As you break up the soft soki, the umami of the soki spreads throughout the soup, giving it an even deeper flavor ♡ I like this! It's really good! Even the seasonings are made in Okinawa! I tried a little bit of everything! It's a drink that goes perfectly with the Sea Mountain and Shichimi flavor. It's a light soup full of flavor... It's so delicious that you can enjoy it in the morning or on a hot summer day. It was a feast. Next time, let's try Champuru or Rafti.
