A restaurant located inside the Ebetsu Civic Center. You can eat at a reasonable price. Seafood spaghetti set and cream cheese pasta using Ebetsu wheat were delicious.

The restaurant has a nostalgic European atmosphere. There are many menus that utilize wheat from Ebetsu. The vegetable pasta is a combination of eggplant zucchini and other ingredients, tomato sauce, and wheat spaghetti from Ebetsu. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Next time I would like to try beef stew with rumbling meat.
