Akame Oyajisan, located at Minami 5 Nishi 3 in Sapporo. This time, I ordered the limited quantity oyster butter set meal (market price: 2,800 yen including tax). There are counter and table seats inside the store. After toasting with Guarana Highball, we will have an oyster class! (lol) The plump oysters from Akkeshi are so delicious mixed with the special sauce that your cheeks will fall. Each handmade small bowl is carefully crafted and has a rich flavor. I also like the potatoes that come with the cabbage. I'll come again, thank you for the meal♪ (*^^*)

A shop located in the basement of the Susukino building. Business hours are from 6pm to midnight, but I've only been there during dinner time. There are always people lining up before the store opens, and if the seats in the not-so-large store are filled, you'll have to wait about an hour for the first group to leave. You will be shown to a seat as soon as it becomes available, but it takes a while for the set meal to be served, so it seems like you will have to wait more than 30 minutes after you are seated. The waiting time is like this, so you need to be a little motivated when visiting. The taste and freshness of the ingredients are impeccable. The prices may be unavoidable due to rising prices, but they have increased considerably in the past year or so. The oyster butter set meal I ordered this time was 1,800 yen in July 2022, but it was 2,600 yen in November 2023. It's delicious, so I'd like to come back again, but the price is too high for me to go there easily.

I had a set meal of butter-grilled oysters! I heard it would be busy, so I went right after it opened and was the first to be seated! The food was cooked after receiving my order, and I received it freshly. The oysters and the soup with the flavor of the oysters were delicious, and the rice and drinks went well.
