More Comments at Google MapI was seated at a Kenkoba seat, so I went with the flow and had the Kenkoba curry✨ The mackerel went really well with the curry♪ The pork vindal roux was surprisingly dry, and since I have a good metabolism, I couldn't stop sweating. You can enjoy the deliciousness while comparing the taste with two types of roux. You can enjoy a lot of flavors such as dashimaki eggs, fried eggs, mackerel, pork, and chicken ♫
I happened to be sitting in the Kenkoba seat (lol), so I had Kenkoba curry. For the curry, I chose chicken vindaloo and mackerel gari. Spice curry is generally on the small side, and I don't go there often because I feel like it's not enough for a big eater like me, but I've been curious about this one for a while, so I decided to visit. This is a little different from the so-called spice curry. It's not a roux-type curry, but a Shava-style curry like the ones from South India or Sri Lanka, but I thought the way the spices were used and the flavor wasn't that way, so I did a little research and found out that the chef is from Nepal. In Nepal, we don't really have curry in the way that people think of it, but I felt it was similar to how spices are used in dal soup and tarkari. I would like to visit again because the atmosphere of the store, the customer service of the staff, and the taste are good.
I ate cutlet curry. Japanese rice is free of charge, so I chose this. I couldn't choose the curry roux, but it was delicious with a unique taste. I want to try other curries too. Also, there is Minami Tanaka, but I was curious...
