Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Mi-Do-Ri Shokudō (Teishoku restaurant)

I went here because I wanted to eat cold ramen. Inside, there were 2 tatami rooms and about 5 counter seats. The menu is rich with ramen, set meals, and curry. An old couple is doing it, and the building is old, but it feels like it's been doing it for a long time. I ate the chilled ramen I ordered and it was delicious! Nishiyama Ramen from Hokkaido. The char siu is delicious and next time I'm worried about the char siu noodles. I'm curious about the set meal and curry, so that's the next task 👀

The Picture is miso char siu. I was able to eat it for 850 yen at a conscientious price. It was delicious. My wife was eating gomoku ramen, but she said that soy sauce is recommended. I will find a delicious ramen shop so close to my home and go again.

The char siu is very delicious. If you ask for char siu men, you will get 5 thick chunks. Showa retro store is also good. Recommended.
