The Ezo Shokudo Akarenga Terrace Store is marked by a signboard with a Showa retro feel. This is an affiliated store of "in EZO", which has its main store near Odori Park in Sapporo. "in EZO" is famous for its punchy dried sardine ramen, and won the Grand Prix at the "ALL JAPAN RAMEN CONTEST 2018 in NY" held in New York in April 2018. The ramen of "Ezo Shokudo" is very delicious, with the nostalgic taste of Showa arranged into the Reiwa version. I ordered the Chinese soba and half fried rice set from the signboard menu. Chinese soba is delicious with straight noodles, 2 pieces of moderately greasy char siu, minced meat, tip menma, mitsuba, and seaweed. The set half fried rice was also very delicious. I also ate Mazesoba, but "Eso Shokudo" is thin noodles, but "inEZO" is flat and thick noodles, both of which were delicious. There are other niboshi soba and niboshi mazesoba on the menu of "Ezo Shokudo", so I'd like to try them next time.

980 yen for these 4 items was very cheap! Very satisfied. I chose miso instead of the most popular soy sauce. It was my first ramen since I came to Sapporo lol It's more muddy than normal miso. Is it because there are potatoes in it? One dish of bean sprout namul was also delicious with sesame oil. This is a food court, but you can also sit by the window, and it was a pleasure to eat while looking at the snowy world outside. Thank you for the meal (*´ー｀*)
