This is a genuine soba restaurant. This is the old country soba. Soba noodles that are stiff and hard to slurp. But the feeling of eating soba is amazing. Tastes will vary. But I like it. After I ate, I couldn't stomach it even though I had eaten so much. Inaka soba is something I sometimes want to eat. This soba is probably the only place you can eat it in Sapporo. Last time I had tempura from 3 restaurants. This time I also added squid and shrimp. Chewy here I'm addicted to soba (lol) I love it If you like soba, it's worth trying once.
