Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Soba Suzushiro

We arrived 5 minutes after opening time, but the tables were already full and only the counter seats were vacant. Since I visited with three people, I requested a table seat, and was able to enter the restaurant in about 20 minutes, but groups of two or just one customer were guided to counter seats one after another. The soba noodles were from Sarashina and were very delicious. If you like Sarashina soba, please try it. Six or seven cars can be parked next to and in front of the store. The store faces Yamanote Dori and there is a lot of traffic, so please be careful when parking in front of the store. There were two female employees, and they both left a good impression.

Kashiwaseiro, fried mochi topping. The soba has a nice aroma and goes well with the thick soup stock. It's not very fried. It's so delicious and a supporting role! Thank you for the meal.

I've been wondering about it for a long time, but it's my first visit. I got a large bowl of soba. I was able to enjoy my favorite sarashina. It was delicious. I thought it was closed because it was Monday, but when I passed in front of the shop, it was open, so I jumped in. It is open on public holidays (Marine Day).
