As a Korean, I wanted to eat tempura when I came to Japan, but I ended up visiting it after looking for it here and there. There is no Korean-speaking clerk, but there is a Korean menu and the friendly response was nice. And credit card payment. First of all, tempura I like the greasy taste of frying in sesame oil, but I also really liked the style that brings out the taste of the ingredients neatly like this restaurant. The vegetable tempura was delicious, and the large oysters, which are hard to find in Korea, were delicious both raw and fried. Best tempura is beef / worst is anago. The beef may not be wagyu for the price (495 yen), but it has the right texture, softness, and taste of beef. Anago doesn't taste bad, but it's a little disappointing because it has small thorns. Soba The overall best of the day is the basic cassu soba (880 yen). I didn't have high expectations, but since it's the main dish, I ordered it, and the broth mixed with thick meat broth and appropriate soy sauce tasted as good as two bottles of real soju. In Korea, buckwheat noodles are not very good because they are mixed with a lot of flour, but I was able to taste the true nature of buckwheat noodles. I don't come to Sapporo often, so I don't know when I'll come next time, but I hope that the business will prosper in 3 or 5 years so that I can taste it again! Ichiban!
