Today we have warm soba noodles, shrimp tempura soba. It's cheap and good soba. They just put seaweed on top and call it zaru and raise the price. While there are many presumptuous soba restaurants, shredded seaweed is on the table. There are tenkasu, chopped seaweed, wasabi, sesame seeds, mustard, Japanese pepper, and green onions.

Originally, the soba restaurant "Shinshuan", which was near Yodobashi Camera at the north exit of Sapporo Station until about 2000, closed down, and Miyoshino took over the taste of the shop at that time and opened the first store. There are traditional menus and services such as Atsumi, Kakuni Bento, Ajitei's Tendon set (there are no other bowl menus for each day of the week, but there are other bowl menus for each day of the week), and Tenkasu all-you-can-eat.
