Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Crab Miso Ramen - CRAB GANG

Group of 3. Ordered 2x miso crab ramen ("medium strength" broth/medium size) and miso crab ramen with full toppings. Nice miso flavor and fresh, with subtle crab taste. Asked for less salt on second visit and that allowed us to really taste the crab broth! Full toppings had a crab (roe?) paste that had really rich crab flavor :) a bit too much onions imo but good. Note shop is a small one, might have to wait for seat.

A perfect lunch of Sapporo Crab Miso Ramen! Only 990 yen for a big bowl of ramen with pork, crab, and the usual godly stuff. So delicious! It's a small place, maybe only for 10 people max, located at walking distance from Nakajima Park. 10/10 recommended!

The broth was really awesome and not fishy at all. My husband who isn’t a crab lover enjoyed the ramen. The shop has a vending machine style that isn’t in English however the cook/shop attendant was really helpful and tried his best to explain. We got the miso ramen with all toppings!
