Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Kuni Sushi

Visited after 7 years. I'm doing a polite job without change. The current restaurant has been open for about 12 years, and although it is popular for lunch, it is also a restaurant where you can drink sake with delicious fish at night. Sashimi with real wasabi is the most delicious. The squid is served with mountain wasabi. The store has a high-class feel, but it is a convenient store with a price range that you can easily use.

I made a reservation and visited for lunch during my recent trip to Sapporo with my wife. I tried the ``Sakura'' and ``Botan'' dishes on the menu, and they were even more delicious than I expected. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very nice, and next time I come to Sapporo, I would like to try the evening course meal.

The owner and staff are very kind. It is safe to make a reservation. The sushi is just right, not too small and not too big. It was delicious with the feeling that the shari complemented the material. As for alcohol, I was asked what I liked and received a recommended sake. This is also my favorite sake, and the sushi was even more delicious. In particular, red salmon, mackerel, Shinko, and tuna were delicious. I drank a lot of courses, okonomiyaki (5 and 6 volumes), snacks and alcohol, but it was reasonable.
